Sugar is a most interesting material. It has an almost eternal lifetime and its crystals turn the white light from an energy saving bulb (CFL) into a warm honeycoloured hue.

SugarCubeLight is a range of ambient lamps with a shade made from more than 90% white sugar. The design is based on structured, eastern elements. Find more information on the manufacturing process here.

The length of the cube´s edge is 120mm. It comes with a stand made from massive oiled walnut wood as a table lamp (SCL-T), pendant lamp (SCL-P) or wall lamp (SCL-W). The versatile SCL-F can be both a table or a wall lamp and has a stand made from black MDF.
